Interim Senior Pastor

Rev. Charles L. Stark

Prior to joining St. John's in June 2017, he was the Director or Outdoor Ministry at Slumber Falls Camp, and pastor at Friends UCC in College Station, Faith UCC in Bryan, and Evangelical UCC in Lyons, Texas. Charles and his wife Bonnie have three children and five grandchildren. Charles feels that the centerpiece of ministry in a local congregation is a focus on relationships. The relationship of people to each other, the church, and their God is central to the life of faith in a congregation. The foundation of these relationships is a strong commitment to grace.
